Financing and Deposit Promotion (the “Promotion”)
1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 6000 Garsington Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 2DQ (“Harley-Davidson")
2. The Promotion entitles each customer who during the Promotional Period purchases a Harley-Davidson Model Year 2023 (“MY23”) or older unregistered motorcycle through a Harley-Davidson Finance (“HDF”) financing program to receive a deposit contribution of up to £2,000 (two thousand pounds sterling) and a financing rate of 6.6% (six point six percent) APR while stock lasts.
3. The Promotion is available to customers from 8 April 2024 until 31 May 2024 (the “Promotional Period”) and offered subject to credit acceptance though HDF (a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd) in the UK, or Bank Of Ireland in the Republic of Ireland.
4. The Promotion does not apply to MY23 Anniversary or CVO motorcycles.
5. Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer offered by Promoter.
6. The finance deposit allowance (FDA) varies by model:

9) Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion or to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to refuse redemption of the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
10) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group is not liable for, and customer releases Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of the Promotion.
11) The Promotion and the terms and conditions which apply to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
