TERMS & CONDITIONS 7.9% APR Terms and conditions - UK 1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-Davidson”).
